How can you recognize a successful sauce?
A good garlic cream cheese sauce visibly blends with the spaghetti. When you lift a portion of pasta, the noodles should have a creamy coating.
At the same time, the shrimp should not be completely covered in an excessive amount of sauce. They should remain clearly visible as a separate component of the dish.
The result ultimately thrives on precisely this interplay: long spaghetti, creamy fresh cheese, aromatic garlic and juicy shrimp.
