Ingredients:
Prepare the chicken: Clean and pat dry the chicken pieces. Place the breasts, legs, wings, thighs, and drumsticks in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the giblets: Clean the chicken giblets, necks, feet, and liver separately. Season them lightly with salt, pepper, and a little garlic powder. Keep the liver aside, as it cooks more quickly than the other pieces.
Cook the larger pieces: Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Arrange the marinated chicken breasts, legs, thighs, and drumsticks on a baking tray. Add a few small pieces of butter and bake for about 35–45 minutes, turning the pieces halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
Add the wings: Place the chicken wings on the tray and continue cooking until they become crispy and beautifully golden. Make sure the chicken is fully cooked before serving.
Cook the giblets and feet: In a separate pan, heat a little oil and sauté the giblets, necks, and feet with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add a small amount of water, cover, and simmer until tender. This helps bring out their rich, savory flavor.
Prepare the liver: Heat a little butter in a frying pan and cook the chicken liver over medium heat for a few minutes on each side. Avoid overcooking it, so it stays tender and flavorful.
Arrange the feast: Place all the cooked chicken pieces on a large serving platter. Arrange the breasts, legs, wings, thighs, drumsticks, giblets, necks, feet, and liver together for a colorful and inviting presentation.
Serve and enjoy: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with your favorite sides, such as roasted potatoes, rice, salad, or fresh bread. Enjoy tasting the different cuts and deciding which one is your favorite!
Tip: For the best results, cook each chicken part according to its size and texture. Larger pieces need more time, while the liver cooks quickly. This way, every piece stays juicy, tender, and full of flavor.
