How to Make Mushroom Pizza
Step 1: Prepare the Dough
Place the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
Stretch or roll it into your preferred shape. For a crispier crust, avoid making the center too thick.
Place the dough on a baking tray or pizza stone.
Step 2: Add the Tomato Sauce
Spread an even layer of tomato sauce over the dough.
Leave a small border around the edges so the crust can become golden and crispy during baking.
Step 3: Add the Cheese and Mushrooms
Sprinkle the mozzarella evenly over the sauce.
Arrange the sliced mushrooms across the pizza.
Try not to overcrowd the surface because too many mushrooms can release moisture while cooking.
