Fried Pinwheels
INGREDIENTS
* Flatbreads or tortillas
* ⅔ cup (150 g) mayonnaise
* 6 slices cheese
* 10 slices beef
* 2 eggs
* Vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS
1. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise evenly on each flour tortilla.
2. Arrange the slices of beef and cheese on top to cover.
3. Roll each tortilla tightly and cut into quarters.
4. Dip each roll in the beaten eggs and fry in preheated oil on both sides until golden brown (about 6-8 minutes).
